3.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. poll88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Only one Account is permitted per individual, per household IP address, and per payment method. Where multiple accounts are identified, poll88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, at its discretion, confiscate any bonus winnings associated with such accounts.
3.4 Account Currency. All poll88 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All deposits, balances, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in IDR unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees may apply for international payment methods.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. poll88 reserves the right to levy a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 on inactive accounts, deducted from any remaining balance, after providing seven (7) days' written notice to the registered email address.
poll88 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and our licensing obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. poll88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transactions. Deposits below the stated minimums will be returned to the sender's account minus any applicable processing fees.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically credited to the Player's Account instantly or within a few minutes. Deposits via CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon may take up to fifteen (15) minutes. poll88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
5.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 1–4 hours during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed the following business day. First-time withdrawal requests may be subject to an extended review of up to 24 hours as part of our standard security protocol.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, and to an account registered in the Player's own verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All active Bonus Funds must satisfy their respective wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
5.6 Withdrawal Fees. poll88 does not charge a platform-side withdrawal fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for whic h poll88 accepts no responsibility.
Important: poll88 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that triggers an AML alert, is associated with suspected bonus abuse, or relates to an account that has not completed KYC verification. In such cases, the Player will be notified via their registered email address.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by poll88 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagers placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to togel, certain live dealer tables, and progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. 6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. poll88 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses via multiple accounts, exploiting promotional loopholes, placing offsetting bets across accounts, and any form of collusion. Where bonus abuse is detected, poll88 reserves the right to void the bonus, confiscate associated winnings, and close the Account without notice.
6.5 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have self-excluded, requested a cooling-off period, or are under account review are not eligible to receive or redeem bonuses during such periods.

Players wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
